Background
Nicole began her career at Financial Architects while in college working first as an administrative assistant and ultimately earning the title of Marketing Director for the Webster office. Upon graduation, she joined the main office team as a Financial Services Professional and Chief Talent Officer working out of the downtown office. "The role I fill today is a natural fit and extension based on my experience with the firm. I enjoy working with clients and assisting with recruitment equally," said Nicole.
Philosophy
"I believe that in working with clients you need to be collaborative and add value. I am always asking myself what I can do to create or add value in the relationship," explained Nicole in describing her personal philosophy. "Whether working with new associates or with clients, the principles are the same. You should seek to understand and then formulate your plan."
What distinguishes Nicole from other financial services professionals is her straightforward style. "Honesty and personal passion are what I bring . . . I stick to my word and always follow through," adds Nicole. "I believe it is important to help candidates and clients on their personal path—helping them achieve their goals either as a financial services professional or client."
For Nicole, a best-fit client can come from most any walk of life. "I have an affinity for multi-generational closely held businesses. I have an interest also in the special needs market working with families and caregivers."
Personal and Professional Affiliations
When she is not working, Nicole enjoys yoga, reading, running and travel. In addition, she has been active as a fundraiser for Al Sigl Community of Agencies Walk About. She also sits on the Alumni Board of Directors at St. John Fisher College.
