Agency Customer Care Representative
Coming from a family deeply embedded in the local insurance business was good training for Jeff whose dad is one of Financial Architect’s longest running associates. “My dad never really pushed me in this direction, but from an early age I found financial services to be an interesting way to earn a living,” said Jeff in explaining how he landed at the firm seven years ago.
For Jeff, personal experience and exposure to the business has taught him the importance of relationships and education. “I like to educate my clients; it’s a natural role for me,” adds Jeff. “When I work with a client it’s important that I take into consideration the long-term value of the strategy or product for the client…not just what works for today, but for the long haul.”
Jeff works closely with existing clients whose accounts are in transition as well as developing new business for the agency. This includes those clients who may have been connected to Financial Architects through an associate who has left or passed away. “It’s very satisfying for me to reconnect with a client and I think clients appreciate knowing that their business is important to Financial Architects.”
One of Jeff’s main roles is serving as a gateway and conduit for existing clients to other agency resources. “I am particularly skilled at translating customer needs, making sure the strategy or product they initially purchased is right for them still, then helping the client re-evaluate their needs in light of current conditions.”
Jeff’s straight forward, client-focused, approach has earned him the respect of clients from a wide range of lifestyles. “I am comfortable working with clients, new or existing, from all walks of life,” said Jeff. “A particularly good fit for me, however, is a person in his or her early twenties to mid forties. I’ve always believed that the best clients come from growing relationships.”
When he’s not working, Jeff enjoys coaching baseball in Brighton.
